Lenders and investors

To find you the best loan, we share your application and supporting documents with mortgage lenders and investors. These companies have their own privacy practices and use your information to underwrite your loan.

Companies that help us operate our business: credit bureaus, appraisers, title and escrow companies, insurance companies, document signing platforms, payment processors, customer relationship management software, and similar providers. They are contractually bound to use your information only to perform services for us.

After that, we either delete it or anonymize it so it cannot be linked to you.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
